Dink also known as edible Gum is a delicious & healthy sweet. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />2 Cups Grated Dry Coconut <br />1 tbsp Ghee <br />25 gms Cashews <br />25 gms Almonds <br />25 gms Black Raisins <br />200 gms Dink / Edible Gum <br />250 gms Jaggery <br />1 tbsp Dry Dates Powder <br />1 tsp Nutmeg Powder <br />1 Cup Ghee for frying <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- First dry roast the grated dried coconut till it changes color. Transfer it in a large bowl as we will put other ingredients in the same bowl after roasting each of them. <br />- In the same pan heat some ghee. Add cashews, almonds and black raisins. Roast everything well. Mix it with the coconut mixture. <br />- Also add nutmeg powder and dry dates powder. <br />- To make the jaggery syrup in a sauce pan add jaggery and half the quantity of water. Let the jaggery melt. Once it reaches the one thread consistency switch off the flame. Let the syrup cool down completely. <br />- Pour the syrup over the coconut and dry fruit mixture. Mix everything well. <br />- Take small portions of the mixture and make laddus. <br />- Dinkache Ladoo are ready.
